Drew Lane – Personal Trainer
Drew Lane has been working in the fitness industry for the last 14 years after seeking a career change from the corporate world. He has always had a passion for sport and fitness, and has competed in triathlons and a half marathon in his earlier years. More recently the arrival of two children has slowed him down somewhat and the full marathon will remain an elusive goal.
These days he continues to remain active with regular cycling, including events such as ‘Around the bay in a Day’, a 250km bike ride around Port Phillip Bay in Victoria!
Drew enjoys helping clients to get the best out of their bodies, regardless of their age, by focussing on corrective exercises, stretch and release work and graduated programs that develop strength, balance and mobility. His tailored programs can be made to follow both in, and out of the studio, to achieve your individual fitness goals. Drew provides a happy and relaxed space that encourages even the most reluctant exerciser to enjoy their training session.
When not on the bike or working out, Drew loves nothing more than taking his kids out for a kick of the footy, playing the guitar or watching sport.
Our studio allows for one-on-one sessions, in a private, air-conditioned space, at a time that suits you! We also have council approval to work out in the beautiful park in Eric Crescent – just around the corner!
