Teena Stefanovic – Massage Therapist
Teena is a senior massage therapist – having worked in remedial massage and natural therapies for the past 15 years.
Teena pays attention to body alignment and posture and uses a range of massage techniques that are both nurturing and remedial. This can include styles such as Soft-tissue/Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cross Fibre Friction or Deep Tissue work if required.
These styles can be adapted to treat everyone from pregnant women to sports people requiring a firmer hand Teena also offers energy medicine in the form of A.R.T.S (Accident Recovery Trauma Support).
